I use MindManager Pro to capture, organize, present and prioritize information architecture, interaction models and functional requirements in a user friendly way that enables business and other stakeholders consume and effectively participate in the critical yet eye-glazing process of pairing vision and strategy with detailed requirements.

With Axure RP I lead a highly iterative - and effective - concept development process and UX spec production by creating clickable simulations of complex rich internet applications (RIA).

I use TechSmith's Morae to develop, facilitate and communicate usability and user acceptance tests. With Morae I can reduce the costs associated with usability research and testing, while increasing the value of analyses and reports.

I use Techsmith's Camtasia Studio to create video demos and tutorials to communicate the interface to stakeholders and developers.

I use Citrix's GoToMeeting to conduct concept reviews, user validation sessions, remote usability tests, on-going project meetings and many other cases when web sharing is practical and cost effective.
