Your Data Rights
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Your personal information is yours. Depending on where you live, laws like GDPR and CCPA/CPRA give you specific rights over it. I honor them regardless of where you live, because it is the right way to operate.
What you can ask of me
- Access: ask what I hold about you.
- Correction: ask me to fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion: ask me to delete it.
- Portability: get a copy in a usable format.
- Objection or restriction: tell me to stop or limit certain uses.
Exercising any of these will never change how I treat you.
What I actually hold
For most visitors: nothing. This site has no accounts and no tracking. If we have corresponded, I hold that correspondence and the contact details you shared. That is the honest inventory.
How to ask
Email ezra@artandtech.com. I will confirm I received your request, verify it is really you where needed, and respond within 30 days, or faster if your local law requires it. No charge, no runaround.
If you are not satisfied
Tell me first and I will work to make it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the EU or EEA, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). I would rather you never need to.
